There will be some breaking changes in this release. Hopefully that will be kept to a minimum.

There is no clean way today to upgrade Archauis. I intend to factor Archaius out of all public interfaces, This shouldn't affect any current classes which extends HystrixCommand or HystrixObservableCommand. See #252.

I also intend to upgrade to Java 8. See #702
