CImg I didn't set up cause I have no idea what it does nor did I need it. Should be fairly easy to add, though, And yeah - go for it! This'll probably be the extent of my contribution, unless I find any fixes in the near future. |

This PR adds AppVeyor support for Windows/MSVC to the project - including build artifacts.
