Learn about vigilant mode.

Most importent changes:

  • Add remove_lock parameter to the service to remove discovered Nuki device and associated entities
  • Prefix all unique IDs with nuki_ to ensure uniqueness
    Unfortunately this change requires removing MQTT Nuki device and entities.
