Fix not found and moved windows

This release has some fixes:

• Fix config file not found (d537f51, thx @pineman)
• Deeper nested windows than the highest nested windows weren't found (e506648)
• This fix sets the windows as "correctly placed" only if the window title matched, too. Otherwise they weren't moved if the first workspace matched but not the title (f2a92df)

Build is from last GitHub-Action and is build with Python 3.11.
