Refactor and improve the verbose/debug mode.

A set of improvements:

• makes a clear distinction between verbose mode, which is meant to be easily readable and provide more information, and debug mode which provides comprehensive information
• migrated to using rich everywhere (even from the print(...) in Colang)
• status indicator when the bot is working
• a few other tweaks.
