Ask for UPP that can handle WRFout

Dear all experts,

I tried to find some UPP version that can process the wrfout output to get grib1 files with required fields.
After some searching I found out that only V3 or V4.1 UPP has ability to pre-process the wrfouts. However I could find any available download link from www.dtcenter.org and here for V3 and V4.1.

Kindly want to ask where should I find for UPP V3 or V4.1 to download?

Normally, you can git clone the tag or branch of the UPP that you want. For example, for UPP v4.1.0, you would run:

git clone -b dtc_post_v4.1.0 https://github.com/NOAA-EMC/UPP.git

Please note that support for WRF ended a few years ago; use of UPP is supported with the Unified Forecast System (UFS) and grib2 output. We therefore recommend switching to the UFS Weather Model and associated applications in place of WRF because there is a lot more support available for the UFS, and the UPP is included in certain application workflows, like the Short-Range Weather (SRW) Application workflow. For issues related to use of UPP with WRF/grib1, you may find some useful information in Discussion #679, which talks about some of the changes that are required for running WRF with UPP v11.0.0. You may also find support on the WRF/MPAS forum.
