Show planned vacation for me as a user

As a user, I want to see if I have added a vacation plan for a certain time period.
It should be shown as a date range, with a starting date and an end date.
It should show both past and future vacations. The exact range, we decide later. As a start, take last year for the past range and all future vacations.

This issue deals with the visualization in a table. Dealing with the actual data is handled in another issue #622.
The interface for how the data should look like needs to be defined by the people working on the issues.
