Description
Moved all the old content on the website into a new folder in docs named
old_site. These pages will not be built, but they're there for our reference while we fill out the new layout. (To be clear, this change will not impact how the docs look on any version selected besides develop).Outlined the site using
rstto generally match up with the outline described here, except with theui guideandapi guidesections flattened together into theui-api-guide.Verification
