Significant editing remains. There are many broken links and plenty of editing and formatting needed. Rather than hold this up I will merge with the expectation that others will contribute to the clean up.

Description
Ported the remaining Aerie wiki pages into the new Sphinx documentation generation. Things will be patchy for a little while yet as we continue to clean up and make use of the various formatting devices available.
Rather than hold this up I will merge with the expectation that others will contribute to the clean up over the coming weeks.
