Version 1.2.1 - Stable for now!

I wrote a new APA102 abstraction over the holidays for running some lights and dropped it in here. It's flexible enough to add other light types to the 2d addressing scheme, but that adds its own inefficiency. See the readme and the example for how to use the new API.
