JSIChatterer provides an interface with the Chatterer plugin. It provides three query methods and one action method.
- VesselXmit - returns true if the pod is transmitting (either voice or SSTV).
- VesselRecv - returns true if Capcom is speaking with the pod.
- RadioIdle - returns true if both of the previous variables are false.
- InitiateChatter - causes the pod to initiate an insta-chatter.
