  1. fix(powerline): adjust docs to reflect oh-my-posh changes 

    the powershell module is deprecated, meaning you can no longer use
Install-Module oh-my-posh to get started. The advised way to get
started is now winget

additionally, some link in the oh-my-posh documentation changed so
I made sure to fix those as well along the way
