The Sentence: "By default, system customizer and environment maker roles have these privileges" is wrong. You need to be system customizer.

The Sentence: "By default, system customizer and environment maker roles have these privileges" is wrong. You need to be system customizer.

Thanks for flagging. These roles do have permissions to export and import solutions, but not all components. E.g. system customizer can't import plugins and environment maker has additional component restrictions.
