  1. Update vnet-support-setup-configure.md 

    generally, the Power Platform Administrator role is an Entra role and is assigned in the Entra portal. 

There is a security role "Power Platform Administrator" but it is liked to the CoE Toolkit and if only present in environment that have the CoE Toolkit solutions installed
