fix: Fix the styling issue of link in SearchingForDeviceStep component #11281

Due to PR #11192 merged and replace the deprecative Text component in SerachingForDeviceStep. the link style has gone in howToInstallEthAppText text.

This small PR will apply the styling back to the screen.

Manual testing steps

  1. Go to test-dapp in your metamask browser
  2. connect to your ledger device account
  3. click personal sign
  4. click sign with ledger
  5. in Searching for device screen, the how to install eth app in ledger device link should be blue and clickable.
