I also updated the name for OGV, which is being slightly rebranded with the addition of a new DeFi product alongside Origin Dollar (originally added via #1058). |

This adds support for Origin Ether (OETH), which is a new liquid ETH staking aggregator from Origin. The code is forked from Origin Dollar (OUSD), the yield-generating stablecoin already supported by MetaMask since 2020.
Origin Ether is the simplest way to earn the highest risk-adjusted yield from your ETH position in a safe and sustainable way. OETH is minted by depositing stETH, rETH, frxETH, or ETH into the Origin Vault, which then automatically earns yield and distributes it back to users' wallets in the form of additional units of OETH. At launch, OETH will be audited by OpenZeppelin with extensive fuzz testing from Narya.
