Thank you, @slwu89! Actually, the issue with broken links was caused by pointing to the *.jl source files instead of the generated (or to be generated) markdown files.

There was some problems with broken links between the tutorial pages. This PR changes the tutorials so that all of them have a top-level
@idreference and use@refto more robustly link between them.
