MekHQ 0.47.2
Win10
Java (build 1.8.0_241-b07)

Description

An extraction mission in 3033 generated a Quasit MilitiaMech QUA-51P, which isn't available until 3074. The MHQ options Limit Units and Part by Year, Variable Tech Level, and Use Faction Intro Dates are enabled. Only the QUA-51T is available under Purchase Unit. Plasma rifle are flagged as unavailable under Purchase Parts.

Unfortunately, those Civilian Mech RATs aren't really year-dependent, and making them so isn't really anywhere on the horizon at this time. If you spot a mech like that, I would definitely remove it in the lobby and regenerate a more appropriate one.

Sure, if you wanted to put together era-appropriate civilian unit RATs, that would be the majority of the work.
