[49.17] Some LB-X AC default unit ammo corrections

Per RS:3075u-AW, the Marsden MBT II-A (LB-X) should have one ton of slug and one ton of cluster ammo by default rather than two tons of slug ammo.

Per RS:3050Uu-I, the Hatchetman-6S should have one ton of slug and one ton of cluster ammo by default rather than two tons of slug ammo.
