Download git: https://git-scm.com/download/win

Git download should come with program "git bash", open that as ADMINISTRATOR (right click icon and click run as admin) and navigate to a directory (cd command) where you would like to store this project

In git bash, type: git clone https://github.com/McGillRocketTeam/ground-station.git

cd to project directory

Run this line to install required dependencies:
pip3 install -r requirements.txt -
Download python 3.6.x ( https://www.python.org/downloads/ )

cd to the controller/ directory and run program with
python3 ./../view.py.
