HTML5 UI

Revamped the 2017 UI to fully utilize HTML5 features:

• number box with bound check
• color-picker box
• direct download of SVG file and PNG file
• For Chrome and Firefox only

Curved text alignment fix

• Added option Curved text (IE) for generating properly layout text for IE, Chrome and FF
• works on Deluxe and 2017 UI

fixed some textpath issue that has been there for around decade... so now should be perfectly workable
