• Added Prettier and integrated it with ESLint.
• Re-wrote the self-hosting guide in README.md & added a section for Docker.
• Replaced return with process.exit() in deploy-commands.js, because return can only be used inside functions.
• Changed the license notice atop files to a multi-line comment rather than a bunch of single-line ones.

And the most important change of all...

• Removed an extra space that bothered me.

Most of the line changes in this PR are from Prettier.

Fantastic initiative, I've been wanting to add prettier for a long time 💜

Unfortunately I can be pretty pedantic when it comes to styling, but I didn't comment on everything I want changed, just one comment per style rule I disagree with. However, the one rule where it changes

if (x) { return y; }

to

if (x) {
  return y;
}

is correct, which is why I have added a fix on each of those instances to remove the curly braces. You can commit those suggestions in one batch by clicking the "add to batch" button on GitHub.

In general:

• Increase the max column width to a lot more, maybe 200. Some stuff is unreadable with this many new lines.
• Remove the rule where it forces parentheses on lambda expressions
• Don't remove the type keyword when importing (this happened a lot)
• The license notices are copied verbatim from gnu.org, so we should probably not change them unfortunately 😢

Also, the README rewrite looks really good! ✨

Just went over the files again and made some minor changes - this is really close now. I just wish we could fix the ternary problem and I'll be very happy to merge. Do you happen to know what causes this? @nchristopher

EDIT: The ternaries are only newlined when they would otherwise go over the print width, as seen in this playground. LGTM (finally)! 🎉
