Is the high sound quality the same as the high quality on stock yt music?

I think with our daily use without focus, the average quality should be sufficient and won't affect anything.

Aside from quality, I prefer YouTube Music because it has a much larger library of songs than any other platforms. However, I prefer the audio quality of Spotify over YouTube.

Hi @Malopieds, I have a question please can u gave me an explanation for that:
So in these 2 screenshots 2 same songs but one is a video version of the song and the other one is the official audio of the song that available on yt music, so why the video version is 307kbps and the audio version is 305kbps ? I just want to know why I know its not that big difference i just thought that the audio version has to be Superior to the video version no matter what.
I hope its clear enough !

The highest one is the official audio and not vidéo. That's why.

yeah cuz "official audio" it is in the title of the song on yt but the other is the versio is the one that available on yt music, you can check out by urself search for the song and you see..
