If analysis is on a known machine with a web portal, print the URL where the analysis can be found at the end of the run.

Testing

I ran the test suite on Chrysalis:
https://web.lcrc.anl.gov/public/e3sm/diagnostic_output/ac.xylar/analysis_testing/chrysalis/add_web_address/

As expected, the output includes the URL for each run, e.g.:

Generating webpage for viewing results...
Web page: https://web.lcrc.anl.gov/public/e3sm/diagnostic_output/ac.xylar/analysis_testing/chrysalis/add_web_address/xarray_master
