ResQ Air & Ground Unit Beta Release

Based on V2.6 and tested fully functional in Ground, air and Sentry. This is the same codebase as in the code folder just posted as a release for people to easily find and use the sketch.

ResQ Air & Ground Unit Alpha Release

Alpha code made available for beta testing & peer use. Single codebase now for both Ground and Air units. Beacon MACs captured, logged to SD card with GPS lat, long and UTC time. Status display on OLED (can be omitted for air unit if desired). Eric is pretty happy to have this working 👍
