Commands, Overhaul and Windows

• Now the project includes a command system !

• I did a whole overhaul of most off the systems. Now the project works almost perfectly on windows !
  I say almost because I couldn't fully test it on other machines

• Fixed also an annoying bug where libraries would not be actually linked as static.

🥳 YAY ! Finally passed a huge step in building mineserver : the first release ! Although limited, it is still a production-ready release.
