This effectively prevents

type-piracy in Lux.jl
Allows differentiating through functions containing initialization in them. See https://buildkite.com/julialang/lux-dot-jl/builds/908#018da311-f056-4f09-8d37-dc8b8b74f92e/515-1079 for a failure case

Precompilation of Lux will break because of this but that is expected, I will patch it by EOD today.
