feat: SignatureChecker and other common interfaces (ERC-165, ERC-1271, ERC-2981)

SignatureChecker is an upgrade of the SignatureChecker contract library for exchange v1.

Main differences:

• It is a contract instead of a library (offering gas benefits)
• It supports verification of EOA signatures of length = 64 (EIP-2048 was finalized in late 2021 Discussions-to thread for EIP-2098 (Compact Signature Representation) ethereum/EIPs#2440)
• Parameters v, r, s are not provided as function arguments (it takes the signatures directly since vs can be concatenated)
• It uses in-line assembly to find v, r, s
