Automate Linux desktop build in Jenkins

Expected behaviour

Jenkins build of base branches should also build the Linux electron app.

This is just the first step of automating electron app builds, which should be easiest because our Jenkins runs on Linux.

Actual behaviour

Jenkins build doesn't build any electron app.
