Description

Allow user to find information about current commission rate and reward token on validator page(delegate page)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Add total reward card in validator page
  • Add Commission rate card in validator
  • Allow validator to navigate edit commission modal but not more than 5% change
  • Make sure design is implemented correctly
  • Implement commission in popup
  • Add unit test

Additional Information

  • Get the data from UseValidator hooks
