Expected behavior

There's enough space to not need to scroll before seeing the continue button when picking an avatar or confirming your passphrase.

Actual behavior

There's a lot of whitespace that would require you to scroll down before you can click on continue on the avatar selection and passphrase confirmation page of the account creation process.

Steps to reproduce

Try to create an account on Lisk desktop and observe the avatar selection and confirm passphrase page.

Which version(s) does this affect? (Environment, OS, etc...)

v2.3.0 beta.0
