Delegate profile voters incorrect count and missing load more voters

Expected behavior

• Voters count should be accurate
• Load more button should be active when delegates has enough voters (>10)

Actual behavior

• Voters count show is incorrect
• Load more button is not active when delegates has enough voters

Steps to reproduce

• Check deleagte profile liberspirita, actual count is 40 https://service.lisk.io/api/v2/votes_received?address=lskxwmgca6ucw3xwbnoakqku5oojvnjshuenu6pyw&aggregate=true
• Check Lisk Desktop it shows 10
