Expected behavior

  1. Rank column be available in inside round tab
  2. Rank should be between 1 to 101 in inside round tab and for outside round tab the rank should be more than 101
  3. In delegates page, it is nice to have sorting in the below order
    Outside round --> Standby and then not eligible to forge
    Watched -- > Status, then Standby and then not eligible to forge
