HW: Show or hide (empty) accounts

As you are not able to "remove" old hardware wallet accounts a feature to show or hide (empty) accounts would be very useful to keep the account-page clean. Or some other way to show / hide specific accounts.

Acceptance criteria

• The HW signing page should provide users with a checkbox to hide/show the empty account.
• Accounts are considered empty if their balance is zero.
• The checkbox title should read: "Hide empty accounts."
• The implementation must match the design
