Sidechain one in example app fails upon start

Expected behavior

Sidechain one should be initialized normally once started

Actual behavior

It tries to initialize the MainchainInteroperabilityModule and fails with error ownChainName must be equal to lisk_mainchain.

Steps to reproduce

Follow the steps in readme under examples/interop to run pos-sidechain-example-one and observe the logs
