Description

Add and expose interoperability APIs listed here: LIP0045

API to implement:

  • getChainAccount
  • getChannel
  • getOwnChainAccount
  • getTerminatedStateAccount
  • getTerminatedOutboxAccount
  • isDirectChannelActive

Acceptance Criteria

  • All API in the LIP0045 should be implemented and exposed
  • Add unit tests
