Reports

Most reports are accessed from the reports form page. On that page the from and to dates for the report can be specified, the type of report, and as applicable the supervisor (in-charge person) for the report.

Reports are generated in PDF format allowing them to be printed and/or saved as desired.

The Summary Report is the one report that is not accessed from the report form page. The Summary Report is an all inclusive report about one patient's pregnancy. The summary report is generated as needed when the patient comes into the clinic for delivery. Since the Midwife-EMR application does not yet handle anything past prenatal exams, the summary report is printed and attached to the patient's chart so that all relevant information is available for the midwives and staff.
