Update thank you pages

Resolve: closes -86dr30627

Description and Requires ⭐

Updated the thank you pages. Now the Cancer Pilot ones have a different faqs and a different carousel title.

Also fixed a bug where the Cancer Survey Thank You page was redirecting to the Senior Survey Thank You page.
