Information on empty responses

When requesting historical data for recent dates (for example: date ranges that include today or yesterday), there is a chance that dukascopy data servers do not yet contain the required binary artifacts.
In such cases the outputs from dukascopy-node (both when executed via node and cli) might be (partially) empty.
It's simply a matter of time. Once the data appears on the dukascopy servers, it will be available via dukascopy-node as well.
