Addresses the same problem as #1525.
It turns out that the
FirstLoadServicewas the culprit. Not every route page component would toggle first load in its constructor. CallingFirstLoadService,isFirstLoadfixes the issue, but there has to be an easier to maintain way to do this.cc. @dessalines @alectrocute
