Spinner when switching pages is quite small and not centered. Make it bigger and centered. #203

Issue extracted from #34:

Spinner when switching pages is quite small and not centered. There is nothing interesting on the screen at that point anyway, just make it bigger and centered

Seems that the spinner is not positioned in the centre in some case.

By now, only happens while loading home page.

This happens on desktop in side screen as can be seen.

Okay, I tested it too in full screen right now and still happens.

I didn't check the spinner position in the DOM, but given that the home page has a sidebar, that could be the issue, that the spinner is just inside a column which makes it being centric only inside the column in which is positioned.

However, this has no sense when loading inside posts, because there is a sidebar also there and the position of the spinner is good.
