Lightweight installer for the Northstar Launcher made with the windows api.
The installer is working. Successfully download and extract the latest release of Northstar.
A basic GUI is displayed to show the status of the installation.
I do not maintain this project anymore.
To install or Update Northstar :
- Copy the installer in your Titanfall 2 directory.
- Run the installer. It will download and install the latest version of Northstar.
- Run
NorthstarLauncher.exeto play. (make a shortcut if needed) - Enjoy !
I just wanted my own installer for my personal use. Something stripped out to the bare minumum.
You can try to use this at your own risks, i recomand you checking out other launcher such as FlightCore or VTOL if you are not sure on what to use.
If you want to build the installer yourself, simply open the visual studio solution and generate the project.
Project was made with Visual Studio 2019 and Windows SDK 10.0.20348.0, but it should work without these exact versions.
