q2-ps-qc

This is a repository for a future Qiime2 plugin that allows users to run various quality control tests on files generated using PepSIRF (e.g. correlation measurements). It currently contains the code from the q2-ps-plot plugin and will be updated in the near future.

Installation

conda activate qiime2-2021.11
pip install git+https://github.com/LadnerLab/q2-ps-qc.git

Updating

pip install -U git+https://github.com/LadnerLab/q2-ps-qc.git
