Refactor AlertIntrusion to split up long methods and rename variables. These changes make the code more readable and easier to maintain.

List of changes:

Rename gg -> graphicsContext
Rename g2 -> imageGraphics
Rename askForLaterRepaint -> repaintRequest
split the paint function into 'detectAndRenderClosestCollision', 'createInfoLabel'
Replace for loop with foreach loop
Use ternary operator
