This is the repository for LandScape Corridors (LSCorridors). It is a free and open source package that simulates multiple functional ecological corridors.
LSCorridors was developed and is maintained by the Spatial Ecology and Conservation Lab (LEEC), at Universidade Estadual Paulista, Rio Claro, SP, Brazil.

The repository has 5 folders:
- _LS_Corridors_v1_0_1: here you can find the main LSCorridors stable script, as well as scripts for testing LSCorridors.
- old_versions: old versions of the code (before package release).
- DB_demo: raster maps for testing and tutorials.
- GIS_DB_Demo_location: GRASS GIS project location for demonstration and testing.
