Welcome to the Rack Banana. It's a Banana Pi BPI-R4 paired with a ubiquitous 8 port SFP+ switch, a display and some buttons wrapped up in a 1U chassis. With its small footprint, the low power usage (~8W idle without any modules) and the inexpensive DIY case it's mostly targeted at usage in a home network.
