Added ability to load at the end of act 1 or 2 if completed in previous run.
Added keybind (default q) for the AP menu. rebindable in the input settings menu.
Re-enables use of the AP menu almost anywhere (i hopefully fixed it, or have it properly disabled in all places it breaks)
