Made a few changes so the variables can be set to create self-signed SSL certificates using openssl for local/dev testing environment. Latest version of WordPress will always be used and you have the option to decide exactly which version of PHP to use (default is set to 7.3)
Was also unable to connect to db using original privileges, so I added variable DB_ALLOW_ANY_HOST to get around the issue.
