Go on a virtual trip around the world and slowly lose your sanity!
Just run makepkg -i to install and enable it with systemctl enable --now timezone-roulette.service
Copy timezone-roulette.service whereever your distro stores SystemD units (usually /etc/systemd/system/).
Then enable it with systemctl enable --now timezone-roulette.service
