Some HIP tests need adjustment

After the merge of #189 and #216, three HIP tests (test_ready_argument_list, test_compile and test_copy_constant_memory_args) are currently broken due to the changes made to the argument passing structure.
@stijnh and I will fix this as soon as possible.
